Standards for Employee Conduct

Our moral codes as a member of society to customers, society, information and colleagues, are as follows.

1. Sincere response to customers

We listen to our customers' opinions and quickly reflect them in our actions and operations.

2. Establishing a safe workplace

Based on the safety declaration of "Safety First", we will establish a safe workplace that observes laws and safety and health rules in order to realize zero accidents.

3. Compliance with quality standards

In order to provide the best products that satisfy our customers, we manufacture with a quality control system adhering to the basic rules and in compliance with quality standards.

4. Appropriate relationship with customers and business partners

We shall not offer gifts or entertainment to our customers beyond the bounds of common sense. Nor shall we accept gifts or entertainment from our partners.

5. Compliance and respect for laws and regulations

As a member of society, we will comply with and respect laws, social norms and corporate ethics in our corporate activities and personal life.

6. Respect for human rights

We will respect the human rights of each individual and will not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, creed, religion, physical disability, etc.

7.Elimination of discriminations

We do not discriminate in all employment situations (application, recruitment, assignment, promotion, compensation, education, benefits, punishment, dismissal, retirement, etc.) on the grounds of individuality such as birth, nationality, race, ethnicity, beliefs, religion, gender, age, disabilities, hobbies and educational background that should be protected by the applicable laws and regulations of each country.

8.Respect for human rights

1) We do not engage in human rights violations such as violence, swearing, slander, coercion of work due to intimidation, or bullying.

2) We do not and do not allow any kind of harassment on the grounds of individuality that should be protected by the applicable laws of each country.

3) Do not act on employees in any way that interferes with their performance, damages their dignity, or creates a threatening, hostile or unpleasant working environment.

4) Immediately report and investigate against harassment complaints. We also create an environment where employees enable to report, without fear of retaliation, intimidation or harassments.

9.Child labor

1) We do not engage in child labor.

2) The working age is 15 years old, or the maximum age of either the minimum working age or the compulsory education completion age according to the relevant laws and regulations of each country.

3) We do not allow employees under the age of 18 to engage in hazardous work or late-night shift.

4) Regarding job training and apprenticeship, it is possible to work only within the range permitted by the relevant laws and regulations of each country.

10.Forced labor

1) We do not force labor.

2) We do not require employees to hand over their passports, official ID or work permit as a condition of employment.

11.Wages and benefits

1) We pay wages in compliance with national laws and regulations regarding minimum wages, overtime, wage deductions, piecework wages, and other benefits.

2) Accommodate legally required benefits.

3) Salaries and other benefits, benefits and deductions shall be communicated to employees in a timely and clear manner in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of each country.

12.Working hours

Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of each country that regulate the working hours (including overtime) of employees.

13.Communication / discussion with employees・Freedom of association

1) Always promote mutual understanding by sincere communications and discussions with representatives of employees or employees.

2) Recognize the right of employees to freely associate or not to associate, based on the applicable laws and regulations of doing business of the country.

14.Safe and healthy working environment

21.Protection of intellectual property rights
